Bank and Clients

Bank and Clients plc (trading as B&C) was a UK private bank headquartered in London with presence in Spain, Switzerland and Canada. B&C offered personal and business savings accounts, loans for medium and large companies as well as mortgages for customers whose requirements were not always met by the larger credit institutions. Bank and Clients plc operated as a subsidiary of Ocean Industries S.A. B&C was created through the combination of Church House Trust ltd and Ocean Capital in 2014. The Bank’s mortgage book reached £39 million in June 2017. Shareholders passed a special resolution to wind up the company on 21 December 2021 and it entered members’ voluntary liquidation, with a declaration of solvency filed on 12 January 2022; Bank and Clients plc was dissolved on 4 April 2025.
