USAA Federal Savings Bank (or USAA Bank) is one of the top 30 banks in the United States in terms of deposits. With about 11,900 employees, the company provides financial services to over 8 million members of the U.S. military and their families. It offers savings and checking accounts, certificates of deposit (CDs), personal and student loans, home equity and mortgage loans, auto loans, auto insurance and car buying services, extended vehicle protection, motorcycle, RV and boat loans, youth banking, college banking, mobile and online banking, credit and debit cards and other services. Credit cards were issued by USAA Savings Bank, a separately chartered Las Vegas, Nevada institution that was merged into USAA Federal Savings Bank on June 1, 2024 and is no longer a separate insured institution. As of June 30, 2026, it had total assets of $106.2 billion and total deposits of $92.0 billion. At June 30, 2017 it had reported total assets of $81 billion, total deposits of $72 billion and loans of $47 billion.
