Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS) is one of the world's largest financial services firms. It is a leader in investment banking, wealth management and bond and stock trading. With approximately 83,000 employees as of December 31, 2025, the company serves corporations, governments, financial institutions, and individuals across 42 countries. Morgan Stanley operates through three business segments: Institutional Securities, Wealth Management and Investment Management. As of December 31, 2025, Wealth Management client assets and Investment Management assets under management stood at a combined $9.28 trillion, up from $7.86 trillion a year earlier. Total assets had reached $1.68 trillion and deposits $446.1 billion by June 30, 2026.
