(OTC: FINN) is the largest family-owned bank holding company in the United States with approximately 6.7 million customers, and locations in nine states: Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota, Texas and Wyoming. It owns non-banking subsidiaries and conducts its banking business through a single bank subsidiary, First National Bank of Omaha.

The company reports approximately $35 billion in assets and more than 4,500 employees. Its bank subsidiary, First National Bank of Omaha, held $34.20 billion in assets and operated 139 offices at June 30, 2026, on Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation figures. Market capitalization was $2.4 billion on November 20, 2017.

Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation records show the group’s affiliated charters being merged into First National Bank of Omaha on September 29, 2010, on March 31, 2014 and, in the case of First National Bank South Dakota, on July 28, 2014. First National Bank of Omaha has since absorbed Western States Bank of Laramie, Wyoming, on February 14, 2022 and Country Club Bank of Kansas City, Missouri, on October 1, 2025, extending the group into Wyoming and Missouri. It is the only active insured bank recorded under the group’s top-tier holding company, Lauritzen Corp.
