Demir-Halkbank (Nederland) N.V. (known as DHB Bank) is an international Dutch bank founded in 1992.

DHB Bank is owned by HCBG Holding BV (70%) and Türkiye Halk Bankasi (30%), a public bank whose 50% shares are listed on the stock exchange. DHB operates in the following business areas: Financial Institutions & Forfaiting, Treasury services, Corporate Banking and Consumer Banking. It offers savings accounts and time deposits, consumer loans, trade finance, liquidity management, market risk management, securities trading & investment, structured lending, investment and working capital loans, short term Turkish lira loans, forfaiting, internet banking and other services. In 1997, the Bank began establishing an international presence by expanding into Germany and now has office in Düsseldorf. In 1999, DHB Bank started its Belgian operations and currently has branches in Brussels, Antwerp, Charleroi and Liege. In 2011, it sold 67% stake in Export & Credit Bank, Skopje to Turkiye Halk Bankasi. With 140 employees, Demir-Halkbank has total assets of EUR 1.871 billion, customer loans of EUR 947.687 million and customer deposits of EUR 1.283 billion (2014). DHB Bank holds a Ba1 long-term deposits credit rating from Moody’s.
