Westpac International branches
Westpac has branches and representative offices in Asia, New Zealand, Europe, North America and the Pacific region comprising Fiji and Papua New Guinea. In 2015, Westpac sold its banking operations in Samoa, Cook Islands and Tonga to the Bank of South Pacific (BSP). Westpac's Pacific business no longer includes Vanuatu: the group's 2025 annual report describes Westpac Pacific as operating in Fiji and Papua New Guinea only.

As at 30 September 2025 Westpac's global locations outside Australia were Fiji, Germany, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Singapore, the United Kingdom and the United States, and the group operated 749 branches worldwide, down from 762 a year earlier. Institutional clients are served from branches and subsidiaries in New Zealand, New York, London, Frankfurt and Singapore; the Frankfurt presence is the subsidiary Westpac Europe GmbH. The Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Jakarta and Mumbai offices listed above are no longer part of the network.
