Credit Commercial de France

Crédit Commercial de France (CCF) was a commercial bank in France, headquartered in Paris, avenue des Champs-Élysées. It became a wholly owned subsidiary of HSBC Holdings in April 2000 and was renamed HSBC France on 1 November 2005.

Former address:
103, avenue des Champs-Elysées
Paris, France

Return of the CCF name

The CCF name returned to French banking on 1 January 2024, when CCF, a subsidiary of Promontoria MMB SAS (My Money Group), controlled by funds managed or advised by Cerberus Capital Management L.P., completed the acquisition of HSBC Continental Europe's retail banking business in France. HSBC SFH (France) transferred with the business and was renamed CCF SFH on the same date. The French retail network that traded as Crédit Commercial de France until 2005 therefore carries the CCF name again, this time outside the HSBC group, and operates as a retail and wealth-management bank at www.ccf.fr.
