Moelis & Company is an American global investment bank headquartered in New York. With over 650 employees and 450 Investment Bankers, it has 17 offices in North and South America including Brazil and Mexico, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia.
Moelis operates in five areas: mergers and acquisitions, recapitalization and restructuring, capital markets, financial institutions advisory and private funds advisory. The company was established in 2007 and completed initial public offering (IPO) in 2014.
