Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB) is a Saudi Arabian joint stock company. SAIB operates 49 branches and provides a broad range of wholesale and retail banking products and services in addition to investment banking. With 1,256 permanent employees at the end of 2024, it offers current and savings accounts, salary accounts, call accounts, murabaha deposits, time deposits, credit cards, asset management, mortgage loans, insurance, trade finance, cash management, treasury and institutional banking products. It also offers a full range of sharia compliant products including murabaha investments and personal finance solutions. The company was established on June 23, 1976 and is headquartered in Riyadh. As of June 30, 2026, Saudi Investment Bank had total assets of SAR 184.0 billion, customer deposits of SAR 121.6 billion, loans and advances of SAR 117.3 billion and total equity of SAR 24.8 billion. Its paid-up capital was SAR 12.5 billion and it served about 966,000 customers.

Earlier shareholder listings for the bank named the Public Pension Agency and Hassana Investment Co with 17.30% each, the Hariri Family with 8.59%, J.P. Morgan International Finance with 7.50%, The National Commercial Bank with 5.20% and Mizuho Corporate Bank Limited with 2.50%. SAIB entered into a share purchase agreement with J.P. Morgan International Finance Limited in 2018 and with Mizuho Bank Ltd. in 2019, and the treasury shares previously held by the two institutions were sold back to shareholders in 2021.
