Citibank N.A. is registered with the Central Bank of the UAE under license numbers 202563 for the Al Wasl branch in Dubai, 531989 for the Mall of the Emirates branch in Dubai and CN-1002019 for the Abu Dhabi branch. Citigold lounges operate at the Al Khyeli Building in Abu Dhabi, at 439B Jumeirah Beach Road in Dubai and at the Al Wasl branch.

Citi’s earlier UAE network included Citibank House on Khalid Bin Al Waleed Street in Bur Dubai, the Mussaffah branch at Prestige Tower in Mohamed Bin Zayed City, Abu Dhabi, and an office in the Corniche Plaza Building on Al Salam Street, Abu Dhabi. None of the three appeared in the bank’s branch and ATM locator as of September 2026.
