RHB Bank Berhad is the ultimate holding company of the RHB Banking Group, one of the largest financial services providers in Malaysia. RHB Capital Berhad is the former holding company of RHB Banking Group. RHB provides a comprehensive range of financial products and services including retail and business banking, transaction banking, corporate & investment banking, offshore banking, Islamic banking as well as treasury, insurance, nominee and custodian services. The Group’s services are offered through RHB Bank Berhad, RHB Islamic Bank Berhad, RHB Investment Bank Berhad (RHBIB), RHB Insurance Berhad and RHB Asset Management Sdn Bhd (RHBAM), among others. RHB Group Asset Management is one of the three largest fund management companies in Malaysia. RHB’s International business includes the commercial banking operations in Singapore, Thailand, Brunei, Cambodia and Lao. In June 2014, RHB canceled its plan to buy 40% stake in Indonesia's PT Bank Mestika Dharma after failing to win approval from Indonesian authorities. RHB previously operated more than 330 branches across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam. Its regional presence now covers seven countries: Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos and Indonesia, the last through its securities business, PT RHB Securities Indonesia, formerly PT OSK Nusadana Securities. Myanmar and Vietnam no longer appear among its listed operations. The company’s net income for FY 2016 amounted to RM 6.193 billion. For the financial year ended December 31, 2025 the RHB Banking Group reported total income of RM 8.8 billion and net profit attributable to equity holders of RM 3.363 billion.
