CIMB Securities
CIMB's regional stockbroking business, which included CIMB Securities (USA), Inc at 540 Madison Avenue, New York, was placed into a 50:50 joint venture with China Galaxy Securities in 2017. CIMB completed the divestment of its remaining 25% interest in CGS-CIMB on December 29, 2023, and the business now operates as CGS International. CIMB re-entered domestic stockbroking on February 8, 2024 by acquiring KAF Equities Sdn Bhd, which was rebranded CIMB Securities Sdn Bhd and officially launched on May 10, 2024.
