The Chiba Bank, Ltd. (also known as Chibagin) is the second-largest regional bank in Japan. It offers a broad array of financial services including savings accounts, personal and business loans, credit cards, insurance, securities services, leasing, online and mobile banking, asset management and more. The Chiba Bank’s customer base includes over 30,000 high net worth individuals (HNWI) with financial assets of ¥100 million or above.
