Demir-Halkbank (Nederland) N.V. (known as DHB Bank) is an international Dutch bank founded in 1992.

The Bank is owned by Türkiye Halk Bankasi (30%) and HCBG Holding (70%). DHB operates in the following business segments: Consumer and Corporate Banking, Financial Institutions and Forfaiting, and Treasury. It offers savings accounts and time deposits, consumer loans, trade finance, liquidity management, market risk management, securities trading & investment, structured lending, investment and working capital loans, short term Turkish lira loans, forfaiting, internet banking and other services. In 1997, the Bank began international expansion and opened office in Germany. In 1999, DHB started its Belgian operations and currently has branches in Brussels, Antwerp, Charleroi and Liege. With 110 employees, Demir-Halkbank has total assets of EUR 1.763 billion, customer loans of EUR 990 million and customer deposits of EUR 1.2 billion (FY 2016).
DHB Bank holds a Ba1 long-term deposits credit rating from Moody’s.
