Demir-Halkbank (Nederland) N.V. (known as DHB Bank) is a Dutch full-fledged commercial bank headquartered in Rotterdam.

It is owned by HCBG Holding B.V and Türkiye Halk Bankası A.Ş. (Halkbank), one of the largest banks in Turkey. DHB operates in the following business segments: Consumer and Corporate Banking, Financial Institutions and Forfaiting, and Treasury. It offers savings accounts and time deposits, consumer loans, trade finance, liquidity management, market risk management, structured lending, investment and working capital loans, short term Turkish lira loans, forfaiting, internet banking and other services. In 1997, the Bank began international expansion and opened office in Germany. In 1999, DHB started its Belgian operations and currently has branches in Brussels, Antwerp, Charleroi and Liege. With 110 employees, Demir-Halkbank has total assets of EUR 1.76 billion, customer loans of EUR 990 million and customer deposits of EUR 1.2 billion. DHB Bank holds a Ba1 long-term deposits credit rating from Moody’s.
