Nordea Finance Latvia Ltd offers financial and operational leasing services for purchasing and selling of motor-vehicles, industrial equipment and high technology systems.

Under transaction agreements signed on 24 August 2016, DNB Bank ASA and Nordea Bank AB (publ) combined their banking operations in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania to create a new bank, Luminor. The European Commission cleared the concentration (case M.8414 - DNB / Nordea / Luminor Group) on 14 September 2017, and the Latvian retail, corporate and leasing business of Nordea passed to Luminor. Nordea's customer markets are Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden, no Nordea entity appears in the register of licensed credit institutions maintained by Latvijas Banka, and the www.nordea.lv domain no longer serves a website.
