Beobank

Beobank NV/SA (formerly Citibank Belgium) is a leader on the consumer credit market in Belgium with 187 points of sale, including 10 PRO Centers, and 1,540 staff serving 821,733 customers as at 31 December 2025. It is also the first bank on the Belgian market to issue contactless credit cards, and the second to issue contactless current account debit cards. Beobank operates as a subsidiary of Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale, the French mutual banking group that Crédit Mutuel Nord Europe (CMNE), previously named as its parent, joined with effect from 1 January 2022, bringing the alliance to 14 federations. Beobank provides a wide range of financial products and services including current and savings accounts, personal and business loans, mortgage loans, car loans, credit cards, insurance products, mobile and online banking and other services. It was previously known as Citibank Belgium and was rebranded to Beobank in 2013. In May 2016, Beobank merged with BKCP Bank.

Beobank moved its own head office in September 2021 from Boulevard Général Jacques 263G in Ixelles to the Quatuor complex at Boulevard du Roi Albert II 2, 1000 Brussels.

Financial results
For the half year ended 30 June 2026, Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale reported Beobank gross outstanding loans of EUR 10.7 billion, up 4.9% on the end of 2025, outstanding deposits of EUR 10.2 billion, up 5.4%, and net income of EUR 23.9 million, up 26.3% on the first half of 2025.
