UBS AG, Canada branch was the Canadian full-service branch of UBS AG, a Swiss global financial services firm with presence in approximately 50 countries and territories. The branch ceased operations in January 2021; the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI) records an inactive date of 30 January 2021, its final monthly balance-sheet return covered the month ended 31 January 2021, and UBS AG no longer appears on the register of federally regulated financial institutions.
