Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A. (Banco Galicia) is one of the biggest private sector banks in Argentina. It offers a full range of financial products and services to about 5.2 million corporate and retail customers. Banco Galicia has one of the most extensive distribution networks among private-sector banks in the country, operating 316 branches as of December 31, 2025, alongside the 104 branches of the Naranja X consumer-finance business. The Bank offers financing for the low-and medium-income sectors through its regional credit-card business, reported by the group as Naranja X and carried on through Tarjeta Naranja S.A.U., the successor to the former Tarjetas Cuyanas S.A. Banco de Galicia was established in 1905 and operates as a subsidiary of Grupo Financiero Galicia S.A. As of December 31, 2025, the Group had total assets of ARS 45.669 trillion and 10,079 employees, and Banco Galicia had total assets of ARS 36.652 trillion, deposits of ARS 25.567 trillion, 5,216,740 customers and 6,100,603 credit cards in circulation. In 2017, Banco Galicia sold all its interest in Tarjetas del Mar S.A. to Sociedad Anónima Importadora y Exportadora de la Patagonia S.A. On December 6, 2024, Grupo Financiero Galicia completed the purchase of the banking, asset management and insurance businesses of HSBC in Argentina; the acquired bank, renamed Banco GGAL S.A., was absorbed by Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A. on June 23, 2025.

Net Investment S.A. is a company oriented to invest in Internet projects.
