The listing transition from Rand Merchant Investment Holdings Limited to OUTsurance Group Limited was completed on 6 December 2022, following the disposal of Hastings Group (Consolidated) Limited in December 2021 and the unbundling of interests in Discovery Limited and Momentum Metropolitan Holdings Limited in April 2022. OUTsurance Group Limited is the holding company listed on the JSE; OUTsurance Holdings Limited, listed separately above, is the subsidiary that owns the OUTsurance South Africa and Youi Australia insurance operations.

Etana Insurance, Prime Meridian Direct and RMB Holdings no longer have a working corporate website, and their current status could not be confirmed from their own sites. Checked on September 6, 2026: etana.co.za resolves but returns an HTTP 410 Gone response with no content; primemeridiandirect.co.za does not resolve in the domain name system; and rmbh.co.za does not resolve, while www.rmbh.co.za remains in the domain name system but does not accept connections.
