HBZ Bank Limited is a local commercial bank in South Africa. It provides a wide range of products and services including deposit and lending products, trade finance, foreign exchange and foreign travel services, investment banking, internet banking and more. It also offers purely Shariah compliant Islamic banking products through an exclusive Islamic banking branch. HBZ Bank was established in 1995 and is headquartered in Umhlanga Ridge, Durban, South Africa. It operates eight branches: Boksburg, Centurion, Fordsburg, Lenasia, Pietermaritzburg, Rosebank, Umhlanga and an Islamic banking branch in Overport, Durban. The bank marked thirty years of banking operations in South Africa in 2025.
