KAS Bank

KAS Bank N.V. was a Dutch specialist in securities services, connecting professional financial institutions across the globe, until it was acquired by CACEIS in 2019. The core markets of the bank were the Netherlands, the UK and Germany. Globally the company served over 90 markets. From 2007 it operated exclusively on the wholesale market, serving only institutional investors and financial institutions. Within these client groups, the Bank’s core segments were pension funds, insurance companies, investment funds and wealth management. KAS Bank did not provide active asset management services itself and was fully independent, guaranteeing its absolute neutrality and autonomy. With offices in Amsterdam, London and Frankfurt am Main, it employed more than 600 staff, representing over 35 nationalities. Founded in 1806, KAS Bank was listed on the Euronext Amsterdam stock exchange from 1986 until 2019. As of June 2017, the company had over EUR 450 billion in assets under administration.
