Bank M2M Europe
Bank M2M Europe AS (formerly Latvijas Biznesa banka or Latvian Business Bank (LBB)) was a Latvian bank providing financial services for retail and corporate customers. It was renamed Signet Bank AS on September 26, 2017, and continues to operate under that name. The company was established in 1992 and had 3.996 million lats in total assets (US$7.3 million) as of March 31, 2012. Russian Financier Andrey Vdovin, one of the beneficiaries of the VMHY Group (includes M2M Private Bank and ATB Bank), purchased 100 percent of Latvijas Biznesa Banka shares.
In July 2013, Latvijas Biznesa banka changed its name to Bank M2M Europe. As of June 30, 2015, the Bank had total assets of EUR 160.189 million, assets under management of EUR 179.203 million and custody assets of EUR 144.120 million.

Renaming as Signet Bank
Andrey Vdovin agreed in 2017 to sell his majority holding to Signet Global Investors Ltd, Hansalink and Fin.lv. The European Central Bank and the Financial and Capital Market Commission authorised completion of the transaction on September 20, 2017, and the bank was renamed Signet Bank AS on September 26, 2017. It remains the same legal entity, retaining the SWIFT code LLBBLV2X and its head office at 3 Antonijas Street in Riga, and is listed as Signet Bank AS on the Bank of Latvia's register of credit institutions. The bankm2m.com address no longer serves the bank's website.
Ownership is now dispersed, with Signet Acquisition III (United States) holding 20.4 percent, SIA Reglink 9.59 percent, AS RIT Group 9.41 percent, Natalija Petkevicha 8.22 percent, Solrut Holding Company LLC 8.11 percent and ID Family Foundation SIA 4.2 percent, and the remaining 40.07 percent held by other shareholders. As of March 31, 2026, Signet Bank AS reported total assets of EUR 739 million, equity of EUR 58.5 million and assets under management and administration of EUR 1.8 billion.
