NYSE Euronext, Inc (NYX) was the first truly global exchange group created by the combination of the NYSE Group, Inc and Euronext N.V. on April 4, 2007. NYSE Euronext consisted of six equities exchanges and eight derivatives exchanges in seven countries.
The company was acquired by Intercontinental Exchange, Inc (ICE) in 2013.
