Banco Nossa Caixa S.A. is a government owned bank in Brazil. The Bank’s principal activity is to provide banking and financial services in the Brazilian state of Sao Paolo. It has a network of over 560 branches, 390 banking outlets and 1,287 ATMs. The bank was the exclusive financial agent of the State of Sao Paulo. In 2008, Nossa Caixa was the seventh largest bank in terms of savings deposits, ninth in total deposits, and eleventh in total assets, with a presence in all 645 municipalities of São Paulo. According to its latest annual report, the bank posted revenues of BRL 7.74 billion during the fiscal year ended December 31, 2008, an increase of 17.5% over 2007. Nossa Caixa was incorporated into the Banco do Brasil in 2008 maintaining 99.32% of its stock owned and 0.78% in the market. Key Statistics:
