Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) (NYSE: CM, TSX: CM) is a leading North American financial institution serving over 11 million customers in Canada, the United States, the Caribbean, Asia and the United Kingdom. It provides a full range of products and services through three business units: Retail and Business Banking, Wealth Management and Capital Markets. As at April 30, 2017, it had total assets of C$528.591 billion, deposits of C$413.128 billion and loans of C$330.752 billion.
