Since 2002, it has been a member of the Italian UniCredit Group. In 2007, Zivnostenska banka was acquired by HVB Bank and new bank was named UniCredit Bank Czech Republic. As of April 30, 2011, ZIBA had over 85 branches and 131 ATMs across the country.
