It provides a range of financial products and services to individuals, institutions and corporations. The company is active in the areas of wealth management, corporate finance, resources, agriculture, real estate and infrastructure. In 2015, Dundee launched two alternative investment products: Dundee Acquisition Ltd (special purpose acquisition corporation) and Dundee Sarea Fund (a private equity fund with committed capital of over $112 million). The company was established in 1984 and was listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange in 1991. As of March 31, 2017, Dundee Corporation had total assets of C$1.448 billion and total equity of C$900 million. The company’s market capitalization is C$147 million (July 25, 2017).
