Citibank Singapore Ltd. is a subsidiary of Citigroup, one of the world's largest financial institutions. The Bank provides a diverse range of financial products and services for personal and business customers. Citi has been present in Singapore since 1902 and was the first American bank to set up a branch in Singapore. Citibank's Global Consumer Banking division began to operate in Singapore in 1982.
